Our Policies

We have policies in place to ensure that our services are provided in a safe, responsible, and professional manner. Some of our policies include:

  • Refund Policy: No refunds
  • Cancellation Fee: $75 fee if you fail to call at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment
  • Completion of Online Program: Completion certificate available within 2 days, next day option available with a $25 fee
  • Permit Requirements: Valid permit required to attend behind-the-wheel instruction appointments
  • Starting Driver's Education: Students must be 15 years and 5 months old to start attending driver's education
  • Temporary Permit Requirement: All students must have a valid temporary permit at the time of in-car appointments
  • Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments: Parent must call at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled drive to cancel the drive or pay a $75 fee
  • Instructor and Observer Presence: Only the student and main instructor are present in the vehicle during behind-the-wheel instruction appointments
